By accessing or using Credify (the “Service”) at credify.work, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Credify (“we”, “us”).
Credify provides 28 web-based content and SEO tools, including the E-E-A-T Checker, Google Penalty Risk Scanner, AI Content Detector, AI Text Humanizer, Readability Checker, Grammar Checker, and related utilities. 26 tools require no account. The AI Text Humanizer requires a free account. Pro subscribers receive expanded usage limits and additional features described on the pricing page.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid features.
You must be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@credify.work if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The AI Text Humanizer is intended for legitimate use cases such as removing stiff AI phrasing from your own drafts, adapting tone, and improving readability. You must not use it to misrepresent AI-generated work as human-authored in contexts that prohibit this (academic submissions, certifications, regulated publications, or any context where honest disclosure of AI use is required). You are solely responsible for how you use the output.
You retain all rights to content you submit. By submitting content for processing, you grant us a limited, transient licence to process it solely to generate and return your results. We do not store submitted content after results are returned, and we do not use it to train models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.
The Service, including its software, design, brand, and documentation, is owned by Credify and protected by applicable IP laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.
The Service uses third-party infrastructure for hosting, authentication, AI inference, analytics, and payment processing. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of providers used.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Tool outputs (scores, recommendations, rewrites, detection verdicts) are informational and should not be relied on as definitive professional advice. AI-detection results are probabilistic and may produce false positives or negatives. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credify and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 50.
You agree to indemnify and hold Credify harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by emailing hello@credify.work. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, or as needed to comply with law. Sections 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
Credify is operated from South Korea. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of South Korea, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you stronger rights, in which case those rights apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes affecting paid features, notify Pro subscribers by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
